The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name which matches the renter’s ID or Drivers License.

Yes, we require Security Deposits on each vehicle reservation which ranges from $1,500 to $2,500.

We accept all major credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express ) . Cashier’s checks or personal checks are accepted if delivered to us 7 – 10 days before rental period begins . They can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtained during a rental.

Our minimum age to Rent is 21 years old.

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers as if they are the primary driver.

If you make a reservation with J&J Exotic Car Rentals, we authorize your credit card for a non – refundable 2 5 % – 5 0% of the total rental cost. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such a s weather and/or natural disasters.

• Fuel: The Refueling charge for any rental vehicle is $5/gallon
• Express Lane: Our Vehicles are not equipped with the Georgia Peach Pass. We do not recommend you use the express lanes. However, in the case the express lane is used. Any violation/fine/tickets assessed during the rental period will be taken out of the deposit or billed to the client.
• Driving Tickets: Each driver is held responsible for their own driving citations and tickets.
• Towed Vehicles: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the client’s rental period will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.
• Parking Tickets and Traffic Camera Tickets: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and traffic camera tickets during the rental period.

The full rental amount is charged in advance or the day of the rental. Once a vehicle has been reserved, we are not allowed to rent the car during the days of your rental period.

100 Miles a day per vehicle. You are able to pre-pay miles at a low rate if you know you will be driving more than 100 per day

We provide a discounted miles package if you want to prepay miles before the start of your rental. For vehicles such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Rolls Royce, we charge $7.00 per mile and if prepaid $5.00 per mile.

Yes, however the daily rate is reduced if reserved for multiple days.

You are not allowed to leave the state of Georgia or travel beyond 100 miles from our office unless consent is given from our management team. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed by J&J Exotic Car Rentals:

• for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
• to exceed any posted speed limits
• in any racetrack or road course
• by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire
• to push or tow anything
• to teach anyone to drive
• on any unpaved surface

At J&J Exotic Car Rentals, we find great pride in providing an exceptional white-glove service to our clients renting with us. We provide vehicle delivery anywhere; the fee will depend on the distance and will include a flatbed curbside/front door delivery option. We are a 24/7 service, which makes it simple for us to accommodate you on your schedule and last-minute trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental at no cost within our allowed locations within the hours of 10am (EST) – 8pm (EST). For deliveries or pick-ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies on location and distance.

We advise that our clients provide us with a 2-3 hour window to make the delivery of your car.
